The innermost limb of land on Hong Kong Island holds the enjoyable beach and village of Shek-O. Once you have reached the village, walk to the headlands for some wonderful views. As you go take a look at the rich houses in the area. The beach is a minute or so from the bus stop and is one of the best in Hong Kong.
To get to Shek-O, take the MTR to Shau Kei Wan and then bus no9 from the bus terminus outside the station.
